Livery Converter
Make any vehicle paintable
Reads the body paint, drops what can't be seen, builds the blueprint atlas and writes the shells, package and registration. Then it checks the result the way the game does.

Why it's different
Built like a native tool, delivered as a web page
Private by design
Your vehicle files are read by your own browser. There's no upload, no account and no queue, and paid mods never leave your PC.
Game-accurate
Every package is checked against the same rules the game client asserts, including a click-accuracy test on the paint surface.
Made for packs
Drop a folder with 50 cars or a .rar inside a .zip. Every vehicle is found, converted in parallel and packed into one download.
FAQ
Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tools run inside this browser tab, and the page isn't allowed to send your files anywhere. You can even go offline after the page has loaded.
Which vehicles work?
Any car, bike, van or truck whose body uses GTA's vehicle_paint* shaders, exported for PC legacy. The vehicle doesn't need livery props or a special UV layout.
What about escrow-protected vehicles?
Encrypted (FiveM asset escrow, .fxap) models can't be read by any tool. Ask the creator for an unencrypted copy.
How do I install the converted files?
Unzip the download into resources/[pluto]/, register the models (INSTALL.txt shows how), then restart vehicle_creator_assets and vehicle_creator.
Which UV template should I use?
For classic GTA liveries (the vehicle's own livery texture), use Livery UV. For the Pluto Livery Designer, use Pluto atlas, the layout the studio paints on.
Livery Converter
Drop a vehicle, a pack or an archive. You'll see each car convert, then download one zip that's ready to install.
How it works
- Drop a .yft, a resource folder, a whole pack, or .zip / .rar / .7z archives (archives inside archives work too).
- Every vehicle is found. The _hi model is preferred, and liveries, mod-kit parts and wheels are skipped.
- Each car is converted and self-checked while you watch its paint surface in 3D.
- Download one zip and merge it into resources/[pluto]/. Include your fxmanifest.lua and streamed_paint.lua and they come back already registered.
